RETURNS:

All corsets are made to order, therfore sales are final except for damaged or incorrect goods, You must contact us at returns@corsets4you.com. If any incorrect merchandise was accidentally shipped, please contact us for Return Authorization within 14 days. Your original order will be shipped out with no additional shipping cost to you upon receipt of the incorrect order. A refund check for your returned shipping cost will be issued to you at this time. On damaged merchandise all of the following must be met: 1)The corset has not been worn for puposes other than assuring fit and feel; 2)The corset has a substantialo defect in materials or construction; 3)Simple repair cannot be made; 4)Damage has not been caused by customer mistreatment, improper wearing, of lacing the corset in contradiction to common sense or written instructions sent with the corset. Exceptions to this are 1) We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer so please measure carefully;2) Garments that we deem to have been sufjected to abnormal abuse or stress, or altered by the customer in any way; 3)Even though we strive for perfection, as with anyghing hand-made minor variations & imperfections are to be expected. When all this things have been met we will issue you a refund check. We must receive the corset before the refund check can be issued. The refund check will be minus the original shipping cost except for incorrect merchandise. WE ISSUE ALL REFUNDS BY BUSINESS CHECK.

RETURN AN ITEM: YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION at returns@corsets4you.com . Carefully package the returned item to properly protect the garment, and enclose instructions indicating why you are returning it. Please send your package pre-paid to our contact us address. No C.O.D's will be accepted. DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGE VIA UPS, THEY DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O.BOXES. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged mechandise so you might want to insure your package

RETURN CONFIRMATION: You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return is received.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES: If you need to Cancel of make a Change to your order please notify us at changes@corsets4you.com within 3 business days of placing the order. We will be happy to change or cancell your order within this time frame. After that time frame we will start making your corset, we want to get your corset to your doorstep as soon as possible. Due to this fact your order cannot be cancelled or changed after 3 business days.

DELIVERY TIME: Most corsets will be delivered within 3-6 weeks. Usually this is our time frame, but you must understand that your corset is made to your specifications and sometime we might have to wait on materials to come in. If your corset will be any later than this we will notify you immediately, to discuss your order.

WARRANTY: We use top of the line materials in making your corset. The corset is sold AS IS but as in anything hand or commerically made a defect might be present. We reserve the right to determine if any defect is beyond professional standards applicable in the field of corsets. If the defect is substantial & not just a minor aesthetic matter, or if actual damage is from either customer misuse or is indeed a true construction defect. If determinded as a true construction defect please contact us for Return Authorization. We will either make you another corset or give you store credit.
